How we work to assure you the highest quality Hardwood Floor Refinishing:

1) Your job will be quoted by your personal project manager.
Your friendly, knowledgeable project manager will be with you every step of the way. They will be personally inspecting every stage of the process for quality assurance. They will also be available to answer any questions you may have.

2) Your personal project manager will get the job started right.
To start the job right your personal project manager will introduce you to the team who will be refinishing your floor. They will then supervise setup and the start of the refinishing. IF the team discovers any areas of concern regarding the job the project manager will explain these to you and give your options for how to best proceed.

3) Your personal project manager will Inspect your floor after final sanding has been completed.
Before any stains or finishes are applied your personal project manager will inspect your floor for quality assurance. You may meet with them if you wish to inspect the sanding as well. Please note: this will usually be on the same day.

4) Your personal Project Manager will review the job with you.
After the final finish has been applied your personal project manager will meet with you for a walk-through of your beautiful new floors. After you have approved the refinishing of the floors payment will be requested. IF you have any concerns they will be addressed before payment.
Please note: this will usually be within 1 to 2 days depending on the number of coats of stain and finishes.

After the Job
After the final finish has been applied, your personal project manager will continue to be available to answer any questions you may have. Once you're happy with the finished work, we would sincerely appreciate it if you would provide us with a testimonial regarding the quality of your project.
